Roger Bailey, Executive Chairman

Chairman and founder of dgp, Roger Bailey has had a successful career in property and publishing.

His commercial property developments at the time were sought after by leading pension funds. His company developed a 90,000 square foot building in Orpington, Kent for MFI, a top 5 UK retails company. At completion, this was their largest retail park store in the country. There were many similar successful multi-million pound developments totalling in excess of £400 Million at today's values. He also carried out a number of rebuilds, refurbishments and conversions of all types and sizes of buildings, including sensitive listed buildings.

Later in his career, Roger became involved in early internet publishing through his Guernsey-based companies, in one case agreeing on a deal with a NASDAQ listed company, resulting in a sale worth $20 Million being filed with the SEC (the US Securities & Exchange Commission) in 2007.

Alan Bee, Non-Executive Director

Alan Bee is the Chairman's longest standing project partner, with a wide range of business and entrepreneurial experience in retail, wholesale, design and manufacturing, covering much of Europe.

His first position was with a leading London ad agency, and he quickly progressed through the industry to hold a position at Honda UK, with Alan Robinson and the legendary Eric Sulley.

A lot of Alan's success over the years has been due to his focus on marketing and providing a good service to achieve the end result of a successful sale to a well-satisfied customer; whether a one-off purchaser, a large multinational customer, a small wholesaler or EU-based franchise partner.

With Park House Gallery, Alan originally consulted on initial concepts and early-stage marketing plans.

Based in Poole and with interests in Antigua, Alan also seeks out suitable works for inclusion in the Gallery, negotiating with contributing artists in the UK and abroad.
